Ideal Applications. Containerized ESS is suited to utility-scale storage, industrial microgrids, remote off-grid power, and grid-services projects where a pre-integrated solution reduces on-site assembly time. Typical customers are IPPs, utilities, mining operations, and large industrial energy users.
Typical System Architecture. A factory-integrated 20-ft or 40-ft container houses battery racks, PCS, HVAC, fire detection, and control cabinets. The container is delivered as a single unit and connected to the medium-voltage switchyard through a transformer and switchgear package.
Integration Scenario. Containers are placed on a prepared foundation or concrete pad. HV cabling, communications, and auxiliary power are connected during commissioning. Multiple containers can be grouped and controlled through a central SCADA or EMS for larger plant capacities.
Customization Options. Container size, battery capacity, PCS power rating, climate-control specification, fire-suppression system, and communication protocol are configured per project. Paint, labeling, and documentation language can be adapted for the destination market.
Partner Support. We provide project-level engineering support, including layout drawings, electrical schematics, shipping logistics, and on-site commissioning assistance. Training for operation and maintenance crews can be arranged for fleet deployments.
