Battery Storage Components
Modular rack-mount LiFePO4 building blocks for integrators and custom system builders who design their own packs and enclosures.
For OEMs, System Integrators & Custom Pack Builders
Ideal Applications. These components are designed for partners who build their own enclosures or systems rather than buying a finished cabinet. Typical buyers are battery pack OEMs, telecom power integrators, residential ESS brands, and industrial system builders who need a safe LiFePO4 cell block with a communication interface.
Typical System Architecture. The building block is a rack-mount battery module with an integrated BMS slave board. Multiple modules are stacked in a 19-inch rack or custom enclosure and connected to a master BMS. The DC output feeds an inverter, PCS, or DC bus, depending on the target application.
Integration Scenario. Partners design their own mechanical frame, thermal path, and high-current busbar, then use the module as the energy core. The BMS reports voltage, current, and temperature over the agreed protocol, allowing the host controller to manage charge/discharge limits and safety shutdowns.
Customization Options. Voltage platforms include 48 V and 51.2 V series. Mechanical depth, connector type, communication protocol, and labeling can be adapted for OEM programs. Capacity steps and form factors are discussed on a project basis.
Partner Support. We share dimensional drawings, electrical interface definitions, sample units for qualification, and application-engineering reviews. Long-term supply agreements can be structured around forecast volumes and agreed quality gates.
Evaluation & Next Steps. To start a qualification, share the target system voltage, enclosure dimensions, thermal budget, and annual volume. We will recommend a module series, connector scheme, and BMS protocol and provide samples for electrical and mechanical validation.
Building Blocks for Custom Energy Storage
The Components family provides standard rack-mount LiFePO4 modules (Typical Configuration — form factor TBC per final spec) for custom ESS designs, retrofit integrations, and OEM/integrator pack assembly. The key value: consistent cells plus a smart BMS interface for cell-level protection.
